"I have been coming to TLC for a few years now - off & on. I am always impressed with the service & compassion of the therapists. I must say that since coming to TLC for Tina's Pre-Natal work has done a world of good for me and baby both physically and mentally.
"I will definitely be attending POST-partum and will continue to sing the praises of TLC to anyone needing therapeutic bodywork. Thank you!"
"What a relief! I started Massage Therapy with a stabbing pain in my right shoulder blade. I don't know what caused it, but I had limited movement without pain. Yet after only 3 sessions with Terri, I was no longer aware of any discomfort. I continued several more sessions and have remained pain free.
"Although I benefited from Massage Therapy to relieve a painful situation, I also loved how relaxed and pampered I felt. I highly recommend Massage Therapy just for the PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) it produces. I intend to 'take care of myself' with massage in the future."
"I've been around the world, to a spa in Thailand and Canyon Ranch four times and you are still by far the best there is for Massage Therapy. I miss you and will see you again soon. Hope all is well ..."

"I had always associated a 'massage' with a pampered socialite who has nothing better to do with his/her time. Massage Therapy was recommended to me by a neurosurgeon I was referred due to a neck injury. I had been through weeks of painful physical therapy exercises with little progress. The first massage gave me so much relief from the pain and stiffness that I continued the therapy with much progress.
"I would recommend Massage Therapy to everyone! I consider it a definite health benefit rather than an indulgence."
"Massage Therapy is extremely important to me for pain reduction and stress relief. As a fibromyalgia sufferer, I have found massage is an effective way to reduce 'flare-ups' and assist in sounder sleep."
"I had a partially torn rotator cuff. The Massage Therapy improved the discomfort as well as providing overall relaxation and relief from stress."
"My dear Kim, in the short time I've known you, you have helped me so much.
"YOU possess a great understanding of human nature. You are intuitive and adaptable. With your combined initiative and practicality along with your pioneering spirit, you have approached my back scar tissue. Your gifts to me are increased circulation, freedom of movement and less pain."
"Dear Terri, I have been wanting to call and thank you for all the help you have given me in the last months. I decided that your time is valuable and do not need to take time away from other clients, so you have to suffer through this letter.
"Because of you I have been able to take care of twins, who were on monitors and had to be fed in an upright position so that their swallowing reflex could better work. I started doing this at the end of June and am still helping. The reason I tell you this is that I had to hold the babies, one at a time, for as long as 2 to 3 hours at a time, hardly moving, so as not to wake them, once we got them quiet. This was difficult since they were given caffeine to stimulate their brains. As you know that doesn't do much for sleep, we had our work cut out for us.
"I was able to spend three to four days a week for as many as five hours a day. I would come home and rest to find that I did not have any trouble with my neck and back. I know that because of what you did for me allowed me to help and therefore, I think you should get some of the credit.
"Thank you for listening to me and helping me so much. I will be back when I have the need to release my back and mind. You are a very special person. Keep up the good work."
"I have known Terri Latsch for several years but only rarely took advantage of her services at TLC Massage. For me, a massage was always the ultimate in self-indulgence. Recently however, that mindset has changed.
"For well over six months I had been complaining to my doctor that my left shoulder was not right. My range of motion was limited and very painful. The pain was so intense I would momentarily black out from it. I have had "frozen shoulder" in the past and I knew from my own experience that this was something different. But the doctors would not listen. It took me months to get through the "referral red tape" to be seen by an orthopedic.
"After the X-rays and MRIs of the shoulder joint showed nothing, the orthopedic declared that I had "frozen shoulder." I disagreed. When I suggested he was looking in the wrong place he got indignant and suggested I find a new doctor. I did. But I got the same diagnosis from the second doctor - frozen shoulder!
"Finally, after four months I was sent to get physical therapy, but the therapist could not find the "resistance" that usually accompanies "frozen shoulder." My pain was still so intense that they started talking about putting me under general anesthesia and forcing my arm to move, so they sent me to a rheumatologist.
"Without thoroughly examinging me, the rheumatologist decided I had fibromyalgia, even though I did not seem to meet the criteria for the disorder.
"Frustrated beyond belief and determined to get these incorrect diagnoses off my medical record I turned to Terri. I requested she document my "trigger points." I understood that in order to qualify for fibromyalgia I needed to have a minimum of 11 out of 18 specific trigger points. I was not surprised to find that I did not even have the minimum number of trigger points and the ones I did have were all located around my current injuries.
"Terri started working on my shoulder. She did research on shoulder disorders and we started on a concentrated program to get deep into the muscle under the scapula. It was during the fourth one-hour treatment that Terri got some movement from the shoulder joint. The next morning, when I awoke and rolled out of bed, I did not scream in pain. My husband recognized the change immediately and made comment.
"Terri has done more to help me regain the use of my arm in five visits than the physical therapist got in twelve visits. With each treatment I get more range of motion back and suffer less pain. Terri is, without a doubt, my new hero. I have come to realize that the depth of knowledge that massage therapists have of the mucular system and how it works is mind boggling. I am extremely grateful to be able to benefit from it."
